Dear Shepherd Alarms,
I recently received two of your Wireless Theft Deterrent devices as a birthday gift from my Father. I placed one of them in my automobile, and being a small business owner, placed the other in my business establishment near the front window so that the blinking light would be visible at night.
One morning, about one week later, as I arrived at work ready to open the shop, I discovered two opened two boxes with an assortment of tools along with a wallet laying about the front door. Because my Father is a retired law enforcement officer, I knew not to touch anything and called the police immediately.
The investigating officer said that there had been a number of burglaries in our area recently and that it appeared that the tools and the wallet were stolen and that the thieves were about to break into our shop, "something scared them off".
The tools and wallet were in fact stolen and I am certain we would have been the next victim had we not had your wonderful anti-theft device. We are most grateful to you and the wonderful product of yours.
